Still figuring out what to watch April 11 weekend? Your schedule just got dangerously full.
Seriously — between a show that hasn’t dropped a new episode in four years, a movie already setting the box office on fire, and a Netflix thriller where two people are trapped with a literal crocodile, your “I have nothing to watch” excuse is officially dead. Last weekend was solid, but this one? This one’s stacked different.
Here’s what actually deserves your time from the new OTT releases this second week of April — and what you’ll scroll right past but shouldn’t.
The Three Big Ones
Euphoria Season 3 finally — FINALLY — drops on JioHotstar this Saturday, April 12. Four years since Season 2. Four years of “is this show even coming back?” speculation. It’s back. It’s the final season. There’s a five-year time jump, Zendaya’s Rue is grown up, Natasha Lyonne joins the cast, and the first episode lands right in the middle of your weekend. Euphoria Season 3 streaming in India is finally happening — set the reminder.
Dacoit hit theatres on April 10 and opened to ₹6.5 crore on Day 1 — that’s serious money for an Adivi Sesh film. Him and Mrunal Thakur in a romantic action thriller directed by Shaneil Deo. Reviews are praising the performances. If you’re even slightly curious, watch it in the theatre this weekend. These films don’t survive long on the big screen. Dacoit is one of several films on our full list of Bollywood releases this month — but it’s the only one worth rushing to theatres for this weekend.
The Boys Season 5 dropped its first two episodes on Prime Video on April 8, and if you haven’t started yet — you’ve got the perfect weekend binge-starter. It’s the final season. Karl Urban’s last ride as Butcher. New episodes every Wednesday until May 20. Two episodes is just enough to get hooked and spend the rest of the week going “when’s the next one?”
But here’s the thing about big releases — everyone’s watching them. The real flex is knowing what nobody else is watching yet.
The Hidden Gems Nobody’s Talking About
Tu Yaa Main on Netflix is the sleeper hit of the week and it’s not even close. Shanaya Kapoor and Adarsh Gourav are trapped in a swimming pool in Goa. With a crocodile. That’s the movie. Directed by Bejoy Nambiar, sitting at 8.5 on IMDb, and literally nobody in your group chat has heard of it yet. Watch it before it blows up on Reels next week.
Everybody Loves Sohrab Handa on ZEE5 is your lazy Sunday sorted. Rajat Kapoor directed a proper whodunit — 15 friends at a party, one mysterious murder, and Vinay Pathak plus Ranvir Shorey doing what they do best. The kind of film that belongs on your binge list but won’t trend because ZEE5 didn’t market it loud enough.
Kaakkee Circus — also ZEE5, Tamil with subtitles — is a comedy set inside a prison where a quirky jailer has to solve a mystery. Zero buzz. Wild premise. Gauthami Nair’s OTT debut. It’s the kind of pick that makes people think you have impeccable taste.
Speaking of impeccable taste — you’ll want to save this next one for later.

Anil Kapoor’s 24 is coming back to JioHotstar on April 24. Both seasons. India’s first real-time thriller — the one that had an entire generation glued to Colors TV back in 2013. If you never watched it, you’ve got two weeks to clear your schedule. If you did watch it, you already know why this matters.
Not this weekend’s plan. But definitely this month’s. Check the full April OTT lineup if you’re planning ahead.
What to Watch First This Weekend
Tonight: Dacoit in theatres if you’re stepping out, Tu Yaa Main on Netflix if you’re staying in. Tomorrow morning: Euphoria S3 the second it drops on JioHotstar. Sunday afternoon: Sohrab Handa with chai and zero plans.
Last weekend’s picks were a warm-up. This April 11 weekend watchlist is the main event. Your screen time report is going to be embarrassing on Monday. Own it.
